Karen Beveridge
Karen has a wealth of experience in education as a teacher, Head Teacher, coach, mentor and facilitator of professional development and training. She is committed to helping others expand their learning, especially children and young people.
Exploring further avenues to assist others in optimising their potential led her to train as a Master Practitioner of NLP. In addition she is also a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy. She is also a Neuro Developmental Therapist trained at the Institute for Neuro Physiological Psychology (INPP) in Chester. She also works on a voluntary basis with a project in Kenya supporting the schooling of orphans, supported by the Balcraig foundation.
Following the completion of her brain-training NLP Masters course, Karen set up her own company Kb-Insights, www.Kb-Insights.co.uk, and has a base in Perth and Edinburgh.
To date, she has successfully helped children with, confidence, low self-esteem, fears and phobias. She looks forward to, helping thousands of children and parents take control of their lives and "Be all they can be!"
In Spring of 2007 Kids NLP Scotland facilitated workshops for schools in Glasgow. Nurturing Motivated Confident Kids.. They were very well received by staff and children.
With her own children having recently completed their university education, she also has fist hand experience of busy family life as a working mum. Children don’t come with instruction sheets and sometimes support and a new perspective is required that is why she is so passionate about the work of Kids NLP Scotland.
