A course for young people preparing for exams. It is said that stress can make you stupid. Discover new skills and learn how to create a mind-set to help you stay calm, relaxed and mentally alert. Learn a mixture of practical steps to focus your thinking and attain your goals. A vital component in your exam preparation.
This workshop can be offered as:
- An individual session to tailor the 1.5hr session to that individual
- A small group of students wish to get together –date by arrangement
- For schools to nurture the emotional well being of students therefore enhancing their
study programme for students

- Create more positive mind set and learn coping strategies
Detailed Description
This workshop provides the participants with techniques to ensure you can remain calm and confident when faced with exam pressures. It enables you to overcome barriers you have created, identify triggers to negative thinking and develop a mind set of being more calm, relaxed and in control. Your emotional well being is crucial to your performance, to enable you to maximise the results from all your academic study, Make sure you include this as part of your preparation.
