A course for young people age 11-14. This is aimed for young people who wish to become more confident and assertive, helping them to find ways in which to become happier and relaxed in their own skin. Giving them time to explore and nurture their learning style. Through a range of interactive and fun techniques they will learn how their thinking impacts on how they feel and most importantly how to change things to improve their well being, thus knowing how to make things easier, where it counts – in LIFE.
Learning first hand some of the techniques famous sports personalities and actors use to help them perform to the best of their ability.

What you will learn
This workshop provides the participants with techniques to ensure you can remain calm and confident when faced with pressures whether from peers or exams. It enables you to overcome barriers you have created, identify triggers to negative thinking and develop a mind set of being more calm, relaxed and in control. Your emotional well being is crucial to your performance, to enable you to maximise the results and optimise your opportunities. You will learn more about how your brain works and how you can use it more skilfully.
