Introduction

Almost everyone is familiar with feeling ‘stressed’, or under pressure. It can make us feel overwhelmed, tired and irritable, unable to cope effectively with life’s challenges. There may be aspects of life in the current climate impacting on your well being.

Calm Minds is designed to help you understand your triggers, to appreciate how it affects mind and body, and provide techniques to become more adept at managing these situations.

What you will learn

  • Release tension in the body
  • Enable proper breathing, keeping mind alert
  • Learn how to use the mind to change your physiology with NLP(Neuro Linguistic
    Programming)
  • Give experience of relaxation and greater self control to aid a feeling of calmness
    and well being

Detailed Description

This innovative course has an unique blend of Neuro Linguistic Programming and relaxation techniques to provide participants with practical, easy strategies to manage their well being.

Through this training you will be taught how to become more self aware of your own state of well being and learn quickly a range of strategies to help you where it counts... in life!
